Three Wins the Month in 25-54, Wins the Night Four Times Last Week
Three is celebrating winning the
month of August in the key 25-54 commercial demographic with
a 23.4 share (unconsolidated) – this is the first monthly
win for the network since January 2014.
Continuing its winning streak, Three won the night four times last week; Tuesday (all four demographics), Wednesday (all four demographics), Friday (25-54, 18-39, 18-49) and Sunday (25-54, 18-49, HHS), averaging a 22.6% share for the week.
The first half of the week saw timeslot wins from The AM Show (25-54, 18-39, 18-49) and Westside* (25-54, 18-39, 18-49) on Monday, The Block NZ (all four demographics) and NCIS (25-54, 18-39, 18-49) on Tuesday and The Block NZ (all four demographics) and NCIS: LA (25-54, 18-39, 18-49) on Wednesday.
Heading into the weekend, Thursday nights action movie The Watch won its timeslot (25-54, 18-39, 18-49), and Three’s Friday night line-up of The Graham Norton Show (25-54), 7 Days* (all four demographics) and Fail Army (all four demographics) continued its successful run. Finally, The Block NZ also won its timeslot on Sunday evening (all four demographics).
With two weeks remaining of The Block NZ, fans of the show are invited to the Block Party at the Challenge Warehouse this Sunday, 10thSeptember from 10am – 2pm at 254 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn. As well as meeting the teams of the show, hosts Mark Richardson and Shelley Ferguson, and site foreman Peter Wolfkamp, fans will be treated to onsite entertainment including sponsor giveaways and More FM broadcasting live from the event.
In radio, the first annual Georgie Awards are taking place this Friday, September 8th. The awards are designed to celebrate the finest in music and lifestyle that New Zealand has to offer and will include a number of live performances and DJ sets. For further information please click here.
