Auckland Powerball Player Wins $4.5 Million

It will be a night to remember for a lucky Powerball player from Auckland after winning $4.5 million with Powerball First Division in tonight’s live Lotto draw. The winning ticket was sold at Glen Innes Dairy and Lotto Outlet in Auckland.
The prize is made up of $4 million from Powerball First Division and $500,000 from Lotto First Division.
Tonight’s winner is the sixth Powerball multi-millionaire this year, and the win comes just days after three people split a $15 million Powerball prize, each taking home $5.08 million.
One other lucky Lotto player will also be celebrating after winning $500,000 with Lotto First Division in tonight’s live Lotto draw. The winning ticket was sold at Pak N Save Hāwera in Hāwera.
Meanwhile, a lucky Strike player will also be celebrating after winning $200,000 with Strike Four. The winning Strike ticket was sold at Meadow Park Store in Whangārei.
Anyone who bought their ticket from any of the above stores should check their ticket as soon as possible in-store, on MyLotto, or through the MyLottoApp.
