The appeal period for the Resource Consent (combined land
use and air discharge) for the new Christchurch Art Gallery
has expired with no appeals being received.
Tenders for
the construction of the Art Gallery closed recently and will
be considered by the Projects and Property Committee on 10
November and then the Council on 23 November - at which time
the contract will be awarded.
