All Black coach John Mitchell says he expects to keep his job in an extended half hour interview with Sport 365 host Stephen McIvor. He also gives his view on the real state of NZ rugby and why he believes he's the right man to take the All Black team forward.

This is Mitchell's first television interview since applications for the job of All Black coach closed on Monday December 8.
