NIVEA is proud to bring you SEX and the CITY

Media Release 21st June 2004

NIVEA is proud to bring you SEX and the CITY
for the ultimate and final season

Beiersdorf (NZ) is pleased to announce they have secured sponsorship of the final season of Sex and the City which begins screening on TV3 on Tuesday 29th June.

“We are very excited about this sponsorship property,” says Sue Kleinsman, Marketing Manager Beiersdorf (NZ).

“The NIVEA brand fits perfectly with Sex and the City. NIVEA offers an extensive range of products to suit all skin care needs as well as excellent fashion products. Like Sex and the City, NIVEA plays an integral part in everyone’s lives.”

The NIVEA range is targeted at the same women and men who have for a number of years enjoyed and become a part of the Sex and the City series.

“This association enables us to make consumers aware of the depth of the NIVEA brand and to extend their awareness of the NIVEA range into products they have not used before. We want viewers to know that NIVEA not only offers them a staple skincare and personal care regime for everyday use but also offers more fashion conscious products at a very affordable price,” says Kleinsman.

Driving support for the sponsorship is a number of integrated marketing activities including promotions and TV Commercials.

The all new season of Sex and the City, brought to you by NIVEA.
