Teenage fashion icons Mary-Kate Olsen and Ashley Olsen are among a star-studded line-up of personalities to be honoured in the 2005 Accessories Council Excellence Awards (ACE Awards).
On November 8 the ACE Awards in New York honours individuals and businesses that have furthered the awareness and use of accessories.
Mary-Kate and Ashley are in stellar company. Those receiving awards include actress-singer Jessica Simpson, hip-hop artist Diddy and designer Oscar de la Renta.
"We are thrilled to recognise these trend-setting individuals whose personal style epitomizes the fusion of fashion and accessories," says Karen Giberson, executive director of the council.
The awards are being presented in the following categories:
