Cassette Tour with ‘The Jingle King’

On the eve of the release of their forthcoming album ‘The Jingle King’, one of New Zealand’s most intriguing bands, Cassette  are pleased to announce details of their NZ Tour.

Cassette play a blend of country / folk / soft / hard / moderate / spiritual mantra rock!  Generally though, it's just a laid back accoustic sort-of groove that is the glue that holds the Cassette sound…

Starting this Friday in Auckland City, Cassette will travel through NZ with The Jingle King playing Napier, Wellington, Christchurch, Dunedin and the Catlins.

Following their beautiful 'Cancer' EP, the fantastic album 'Cut for Summer' and the critically acclaimed Emo EP, Cassette return with their second full-length album “The Jingle King”, complete with live dates to celebrate the release. The album, and tour line-up features founding members Tom Watson and Craig Terris, joined by Andrew Bain (Fur Patrol) and Luke Buda (Phoenix Foundation).

As you await the tour to hit your town, and the album to arrive on March 16th, listen out for the first single "Our Dream", a beautiful, heart-twisting slow-burner of song…dreamy indeed.
