MySpace to Host Live Stream of Twlight Red Carpet

MYSPACE TO HOST LIVE STREAM OF SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT’S THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE PREMIERE RED CARPET ARRIVALS ON
FRIDAY, JUNE 25th - 12:30 PM NZST

[Monday June 21st 2010] MySpace today announced it will host a live stream of Summit Entertainment’s The Twilight Saga: Eclipse red carpet arrivals at the premiere on Friday, June 25th at www.myspace.com/twilight. Moviegoers across the globe will be able to experience the red carpet first-hand and in real-time. Viewers will also be able to take part by posting comments or questions to The Twilight Sage: Eclipse official MySpace page that may then be presented to the celebrities during the broadcast. The red carpet arrivals will stream live from the Los Angeles Film Festival beginning at 12:30 PM NZST.

The video player will be embeddable allowing for additional outlets to carry the broadcast (embed code supplied on request). The live stream details are as follows:

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Bryce Dallas Howard, Billy Burke, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Jackson Rathbone, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Julia Jones and Dakota Fanning. The film opens on June 30, 2010.

In The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, directed by David Slade from a screenplay written by Melissa Rosenberg, Bella (Stewart) once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between Edward (Pattinson) and Jacob (Lautner)—knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.
