V Energy announces V EVOLUTION online game winners

Three lucky online gamers are reaping real world prizes for their efforts in the virtual world thanks to V Energy.

V Energy today announces Sharon Kooter from Te Aroha, Toby Herbert from Dunedin and Jesse Stayte from Waikino in the Coromandel are the lucky winners of V Energy’s hot new online game, V EVOLUTION. The incredible prizes include a trip to NASA in the US, a car worth $35,000 and a laptop plus a year’s supply of V.

Consisting of three very different worlds – Liquid, Mechanical and Space – the ultimate goal of V EVOLUTION is to reach the planet that holds a crystal that is capable of restoring Earth’s energy.
For winning the Space World grand prize valued at $10,000, Te Aroha’s Sharon Kooter takes off to the NASA Space Centre in Texas, USA. The 19-year-old’s prize includes return flights for two adults to NASA including six nights at the Crowne Plaza Downtown and $750 spending money. Sharon spent a total time of 5.6 hours playing V EVOLUTION.
With a phenomenal playing time of 18 hours, 19-year-old Dunedin-ite Toby Herbert gets to drive away in a 2003 Mazda Tricked Out RX8 worth $35,000 for winning the Mechanical World grand prize.
Scooping the grand prize in V EVOLUTION Liquid World, and on the eve of his 26th birthday, Jesse Stayte wins a Sony Vaio laptop worth $3,000 together with a year’s supply of V.
The online game created by V Energy launched in September and captured more than 20,000 gamers, with an average playing time of 51 minutes.

V EVOLUTION also awarded 1250 daily prizes to gamers including iPhones, Playstation 3s, Cheapskates prize packs, iTunes vouchers, Fujifilm digital cameras, V and much more.
