Rusty Designs play on in the rain

The heavens opened today in Porirua, but student band 'Rusty Designs' wouldn't be put off by a little water and oxygen.

Rusty Designs are creating their own 'reggae-pop fusion' original songs, they are steadily building a profile in the Wellington music scene. They performed at Te Papa recently. The core of the group are students in the Whitireia New Zealand Level 4 Certificate course.
