Celebrating New Zealand Football

Celebrating New Zealand Football

There is a football and netball flavour on Hyundai Code this week. Silver Fern Jolene Henry is on the couch along with former All White Wynton Rufer and joining them, after their recent return from the women’s world cup, are Football Ferns Kristy Hill and Sarah Gregorius.

Keeping with the football theme, Hyundai Code also profiles up and coming Maori player Moses Dyer, who is part of Rufer’s football academy, WYNERS. Their under 15 team is currently playing at the Manchester United Cup – an international tournament with 20 teams from all over the world.

Jenny-May is getting back on the netball court, this time for North Harbour, so Oz hijacks the team’s training to see if she really can make the team.

As the clock ticks down to Rugby World Cup 2011 kick off, Hyundai Code also kicks off the first of their player profile series “Te Turu” and first in the chair is Richard Kahui.

If you’re still trying to track down a super-sized screen to watch all the games then make sure to lock in to Hyundai Code on Thursday because they are giving away a 100 inch CineVision Home Theatre package worth a whopping $1995.

Tune in to Hyundai Code tomorrow night from 8.30pm to hear the sweet sounds of the Howard Morrison Trio performing live.
