Star Of Important Things With Demetri Martin

Demetri Martin is an American comedian, actor, artist, musician, writer and humourist. He is best known for his work as a stand up comedian, contributor on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, a writer on Late Night with Conan O'Brien and for his Comedy Central show "Important Things With Demetri Martin".

Dubbed by the Guardian 'the funniest man on TV in America' comedian and law school dropout, Demetri Martin makes regular appearances as the 'Senior Youth Correspondent' for The Daily Show with Jon Stewart, drawing inspiration from Steven Wright, Steve Martin and Mitch Hedberg.

He has also appeared in Flight of the Conchords and on the big screen in Ang Lee's 2009 film Taking Woodstock.
