Aucklanders ‘Quit the City’ for New NYE Music Festival

Skinny Mobile presents Quit the City! The newest NYE Music Festival to hit New Zealand. Today Quit the City launched a five day countdown unravelling its fierce local line up with an affordable ticket price. First act announced today is the Headlining act, the much loved member of the world famous Hip Hop group Jurassic 5, Charli 2na.

Located only 45 minutes out of Auckland, Quit the City brings New Zealand’s hottest talent to Aucklands doorstep. The event will feature over 18 acts and 12 hours of live pumping music. For the next four days the Mai FM morning show and the Skinny and Quit the City facebook pages will announce new artists every morning. The event has been birthed for people who want to party but don’t want to blow their budget, use up vast amounts of annual leave or travel the country side.

"Stoked to be playin at Quit The City, it's cool that there's gonna be a festival option for all the peeps who can't take off halfway across the country for New Years" says NZ hip hop artist David Dallas.
The event will feature two stages, an exclusive R22 VIP zone, interactive zones, food options, bars, free parking, free camping and buses from Auckland and Manukau.

Quit the City ‘Skinny early bird’ tickets are only $45+bf for a limited time only.

Get in quick to leave it all behind and have the ultimate New Year’s party.

Tickets on sale Thursday 23rd August 9am online from quitthecity.co.nz. Check out the QTC facebook page (www.facebook.com/quitthecitynye) for the latest news and highlights.
