MSVA presents Godspell

MIT School of Performing Arts will present its spring production Godspell on September 6, 7 and 8 at 7:30pm at the Spotlight Theatre in Tavern Lane, Papatoetoe, Manukau.

The play, backed with live music, has a fresh and contemporary feel.

Directors Cat Ruka and Jason Te Mete have utilized a variety of choreographic and theatrical methods.
The second year students who perform it have contributed heavily to the creative process and use Godspell to make it a modern story about the difficulties and triumphs that young people face today.

The design team includes: Choreographer Cat Ruka, Musical Director Jason Te Mete, Costume Designer Cat Ruka, Lighting Designer Paul Richardson, and the Stage Manager is Cath Dickey and Producer Padma Akula.
