Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer at the Bruce Mason Centre

Media Release: Friday 7 November 2014

Never fear Auckland, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer is on his way to the
Bruce Mason Centre this December to light the way to Christmas!

Its time to deck the halls, jingle those bells and join the fun-loving team from Phineas Phrog and some budding young North Shore stars as they bring to life the classic tale of an unlikely hero, whose bright red nose takes him from laughing stock to leader of the pack!

There is a cast of wonderful characters - from the crazy Christmas fairy, the wonderfully wacky workshop elves and the man himself Santa Claus. The race is on for who will pull his sleigh tonight - no-one has higher hopes than the lovable Rudolph. However, he needs help to give him the courage to lead the sleigh and discover that magical things can and do happen if you believe in yourself.

At this perfect pre-holiday treat, audience participation is wildly encouraged, giggling and calling out applauded. So bring the whole family and fall in love with Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer because he will go down in history!

Everyone is invited to come 45 minutes before the show to create their own Christmas decorations and add them on the Christmas trees inside the Bruce Mason Centre and after the show ends come and meet the cast of characters in the foyers. There is a large Christmas tree for children to bring a gift for the Auckland City Mission Christmas campaign.
