Neighbourly nad BP Join Forces

New Partnership with BP Fuelling
Neighbourly.Co.Nz

28 April 2015

BP and New Zealand’s first free and private neighbourhood website, Neighbourly.co.nz, have announced a partnership today supporting BP’s ongoing commitment to New Zealand’s communities.

BP joins AMI and The Warehouse in Neighbourly’s small family of corporate partnerships which helps the site with day-to-day running and ongoing development of the platform.

“Neighbourly is a great new innovation which will keep local communities engaged with each other and able to share local information. BP is represented in most communities throughout New Zealand and we’re thrilled to have this opportunity to team up with Neighbourly to help local communities connect,” says BP Communications Manager, Jonty Mills.

Neighbourly.co.nz co-founder Casey Eden says BP is a passionate supporter of community initiatives and are particularly well-known for their long standing partnership with Surf Lifesaving New Zealand.

“It’s essential that Neighbourly partners are focused on connecting with and enhancing their local communities and BP ticks both of these boxes,” he says. “As well as sponsoring Surf Lifesaving New Zealand for over 47 years, they’ve worked alongside Young Enterprise Trust to empower young Kiwis in business leadership and innovation for over 22 years. These lengthy partnerships are testament to BP’s commitment to New Zealand and New Zealanders.”
