Artsenta Exhibition Celebrates 30 Years of Creativity

MEDIA RELEASE

Artsenta Annual Exhibition – Celebrating 30 Years of Creativity

Artsenta’s highly anticipated annual exhibition at the Dunedin Community Gallery runs from 29 November to 7 December, 2016.

This year is Artsenta’s 30th year of operation and the upcoming exhibition will feature over 100 works created by Artsenta artists. Over the years Artsenta has been located in five different buildings with hundreds of different artists contributing to the community. In late 2016 Artsenta moved to its current location at 462 Princes Street.

A diverse range of artwork will be available for purchase, including painting, drawing, pottery, printmaking, jewellery, mosaic and glass. On the craft table discerning buyers will discover handmade treasures, retro upcycling and Christmas ornaments.

Artsenta is an award winning art studio for people using mental health services. The workshop offers people the opportunity to explore their creativity with the support of expert staff. Artsenta exhibitions reflect the wide variety of creative mediums on offer at Artsenta.

Artsenta is run by a nonprofit charitable trust, the Creative Arts Trust. For more information see www.artsenta.org
