NZIS organising the annual Fit For Life Conference on Saturday, November 8th

The Advanced Diploma Students of Sport Management of the New Zealand Institute of Sport are organising a health & fitness conference as their final project this year, with Les Mills being the main partner.

The day is taking place next Saturday November 8th at the Westpac Stadium.

We have fantastic high--profile speakers presenting the newest trends in health & fitness, ranging from Mish McCormick (Personal Trainer #2 in the world) past Dr.

Simon Pumfrey (Chiropractor / holistic lifestyle coach) to Ben Montague (sport specific training / group fitness trends expert).

The conference is a unique opportunity and open to anyone in the health & fitness industry.

Participants will be given a wealth of information on current trends, the newest scientific findings, and some input on how to establish oneself successfully in the competitive world of this business.
