No-Crap site is a complete waste of bandwidth

PRESS RELEASE: The Beehive

John Shaft, shadowy editor of political satire website The Beehive, today slammed National's "No-Crap" site, calling it "a complete waste of bandwidth."

Mr Shaft said, "The No-Crap website purports to contain political humour and mockery of National's political opponents, but is about as funny as a terminal illness. While it is certainly polished in design, it is empty in content - just like National's election campaign."

Mr Shaft said that voters wanting a decent fix of political tomfoolery need go no further than The Beehive, which has served up a unique brand of wit for several months. In addition, The Beehive is non-partisan. It makes fun of all politicians, irrespective of party persuasion.

"The Beehive is the only website that has broken the top stories about shenanigans in parliament. Who could forget the story about Tau Henare's hip-hop record, or the one about Act's plans to enlist a squadron of Daleks to exterminate single mothers?"

"Websurfers who are looking for mirth-provoking satire should steer clear of No-Crap and head straight for The Beehive. It is, quite frankly, the real crap."
