A complete fascist swine who routinely takes people out into his backyard and puts a bullet through their brain and has a cellar full of people with politics he doesn't like chained to the foundations making cheap tools to provide the finance for him to acquire a huge pile of dangerous weapons.

Spy on him ? I would hire some bad attitude to toast the guy !!

Sorry. For what ? For seeing what tech the Chinese are testing to then on-sell to such nice guys as Iran, Nth Korea and Pakistan.
