Katya Rivas: Happy Is He Who becomes One with Me

The Medallion of the Apostolate of the New Evangelization

The Great Crusade Of Love

Extract #108

Happy Is He Who becomes One with Me

CL-108
19-Jan-96
Jesus

In the high regions, where human things are seen as a whole and in the completeness of the truth, live those who have perfect union of Will with Me and who anxiously desire from Me the total and sole manifestation. I refer to Heaven, where love reigns unquestionably and where joy is permanent. In comparison with the reign of joy, is the reign in which hate and fury inflames those who voluntarily repudiate Me.

In Heaven, one is the Will that leads and satisfies all the blessed spirits, those which for free and pure love want solely what is pleasing to Me. This is because all their desire lies precisely in Mine: no divergence, but on the contrary, perfect and peaceful harmony of desires.

They are familiar with what I want for I manifest it to them, and they are free but ardently dedicated to the fulfillment of what pleases Me.

Since I am the love that they love, I am He in whom they have dissolved their abilities and themselves entirely. Therefore, it cannot be said that there are many wills, although concurrent, but only one Will because Love is one.

On the other hand, in hell there is no happiness but hate; no union but complete disagreement. They are in total darkness and are there because of self-esteem, a love that makes them hate Me and everyone.

For that reason violence is supreme in hell… Now think about these things and reflect that you could be like the blessed ones, or else, like the condemned. In order to be blessed it is necessary to walk through the road of submission; in order to be condemned one has to go through the road of absolute independence, that is to say of rebellion. Happy is he who leaves himself to contemplate Me until becoming one with Me. Condemned is the one who, remaining in himself, becomes arrogant in such a way that he turns monstrous because of his egoism.

Direct the mind to these things and may nothing be sweeter to know than the fact that I prepare you with a thousand pressures to allure you to Me and to give you the free love that reigns in Heaven…

EDITOR’S NOTE: Starting Monday, 05 March 2001, in the first week of Lent 2001, Scoop began publication of a series of daily reflections on spiritual matters from Bolivian author Katya Rivas. Rivas, has received an official imprimatur from the Catholic Church for several books she says she was instructed to write by Jesus Christ, Mary and various Angels. Scoop’s extract, above, comes from Rivas’s book “The Passion”. In 1999 Katya Rivas was the subject of a top-rating documentary show hosted by Mike Willessee (see Scoop TV review - Jesus Christ Tells FOXNews He Wants To Hug World and Scoop Images ). More recently Rivas says she was instructed by Jesus to have her books translated and published on the internet with the intention of having the books distributed to as wide an audience as possible. Several of the books can now be read online at http://www.greatcrusade.org/, and more are coming soon.

Philip Temple: Hang On A Minute, Mate
Peter Dunne quietly omits some salient facts when arguing for retention of MMP’s coat-tailing provision that allows a party to add list seats if it wins one electorate and achieves more than 1% or so of the party vote... More>>

Cheap Grace And Climate Change: Australia And COP26

It was not for everybody, but the shock advertising tactics of the Australian comedian Dan Ilic made an appropriate point. Australia’s Prime Minister Scott Morrison, a famed coal hugger, has vacillated about whether to even go to the climate conference in Glasgow. Having himself turned the country’s prime ministerial office into an extended advertising agency, Ilic was speaking his language... More>>

Binoy Kampmark: Funeral Rites For COVID Zero
It was such a noble public health dream, even if rather hazy to begin with. Run down SARS-CoV-2. Suppress it. Crush it. Or just “flatten the curve”, which could have meant versions of all the above. This created a climate of numerical sensitivity: a few case infections here, a few cases there, would warrant immediate, sharp lockdowns, stay-at-home orders, the closure of all non-vital service outlets... Dunne Speaks: Labour's High Water Mark
If I were still a member of the Labour Party I would be feeling a little concerned after this week’s Colmar Brunton public opinion poll. Not because the poll suggested Labour is going to lose office any time soon – it did not – nor because it showed other parties doing better – they are not... More>>

Our Man In Washington: Morrison’s Tour Of Deception

It was startling and even shocking. Away from the thrust and cut of domestic politics, not to mention noisy discord within his government’s ranks, Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison could breathe a sign of relief. Perhaps no one would notice in Washington that Australia remains prehistoric in approaching climate change relative to its counterparts... More>>

Binoy Kampmark: Melbourne Quake: Shaken, Not Stirred

It began just after a news interview. Time: a quarter past nine. Morning of September 22, and yet to take a sip from the brewed Turkish coffee, its light thin surface foam inviting. The Australian city of Melbourne in its sixth lockdown, its residents fatigued and ravaged by regulations. Rising COVID-19 numbers, seemingly inexorable... More>>
