  • A parliamentary select committee found yesterday that New Plymouth MP Henry Dynhovens' seat has in fact been vacant since June 11th. They had been considering if he breached the 1993 Electoral Act, by applying to have his Dutch nationality. Opposition MP's are hollering for the speaker to accept the findings of the report, which would declare the seat vacant and prompt a by election. All a possibility, unless retrospective legislation is rushed through today in an urgent move to from the Govt, to cover Dynhovens ass. Is this just? Today we're joined by Act Leader Richard Prebble...
  • 150 people injured, 13 killed in the latest car bombing in Jakarta yesterday. In an unusual step, Indonesia last night moved to increase it's national security and invited Australia to help them in the hunt for those responsible. Paul Buchanan from Auckland University's political studies department joins us at 1pm today...
  • And to lighten it up a little we hear from Jeremy Wells, on NewsBoys World of Sport, and the man we all love, Ant Timpson who's calling all the way from Austin Texas with the Unitech Film Review. Cracker!
  • Aucklanders can tune in at 95 on the FM dial.
