This morning the Green Party unveiled "The Green Stimulus Package" (See… Green Party Launches Economic Initiative, A Green New Deal: 4 Recent Statements & The Green Stimulus Package - Full Presentation) a series of policy proposals which would simultaneously enhance the environment and cost-effectively create employment during the current global economic crisis.

Following this morning's press conference announcing the policy initiative Scoop Co-Editor Alastair Thompson sat down to discuss the Green Party's proposals with Green Party Co-Leader Russel Norman for a 12 minute interview.
