The controversial Search and Surveillance Bill is likely to
pass into law when Parliament sits today.
The bill is
scheduled for its third reading after Question Time, though
it is likely there will be requests for an urgent debate
from Opposition MPs on Nick Smith’s resignation from
Cabinet.
Coverage of progress on the search bill is
available here.
