QUAKE: Rescue teams continue to leave Turkey although survivors are still being found. Heavy rain is hampering the rescue effort and making life even harder for the hundreds of thousands of homeless.

HONG KONG CRASH: A safety review is under way at Hong Kong Airport after two people died when a plane flipped upon landing yesterday in typhoon conditions.

BRETT: Hurricane Brett has been downgraded to a tropical storm but it is still lashing Texas with heavy rain.

BANK: WestpacTrust will charge its customers 85 cents to withdraw cash from another banks machine. This is a 50 cent increas. Other banks are expected to follow shortly.
