The Associate Minister of Education (Tertiary Education), Steve Maharey, will be announcing the chair and finalised terms of reference for the Tertiary Education Advisory Commission on Monday, 3 April 2000.
Media and sector representatives are invited to attend a briefing between 2-2.30pm in the Government Caucus Room, Parliament Buildings, Wellington.
The Minister will introduce the chair of the Commission and both will be available to answer questions. Copies of the finalised terms of reference will also be available.
