No Further Crown Action In Rankin Case

The Attorney General Margaret Wilson says the Crown will not
be seeking costs in the case of Christine Rankin.
Margaret Wilson says the Crown has also decided not to
pursue the appeal previously lodged relating to
jurisdiction.
