3. MARK PECK to the Minister of Finance: What recent reports has he received on the state of business confidence?

Hon ROGER SOWRY to the Associate Minister of Justice: When considering the Electoral (Integrity) Amendment Act 2001, did she or her officials consider a scenario where a party publicly and organisationally splits, but the leader of that party refuses to notify the Speaker that such a split should be acknowledged in Parliament; if so, what was their advice?
