Green MP Nandor Tanczos will visit the local polytech, hold a public meeting and spin some wax at a party when he visits New Plymouth on Thursday and Friday 13 and 14 June.

At 5.45pm on Thursday Nandor will attend a pot luck dinner with local green members at the Oakura Hall on the Main Road in Oakura, followed by a public meeting starting at 7.30pm at the same venue.

Nandor's address is entitled 'Building an EcoNation: the Green vision for people, planet and politics.'

"I hope the meeting will provoke some interesting and enlightening discussion," said Nandor.

On Friday morning Nandor will be in the studio at local radio station the Most FM for a talkback session.

Nandor will be at the Western Institute of Technology talking to students in the café between 9.30 and 11 and will talk at the Rangi Atea Campus from 12.30pm.

That evening Nandor will help the local Green Party branch run their candidate selection meeting and will be also be at the Baja Café / Beaten Path Bar, 17-19 Devon Street West, from about 10pm to play a set of reggae, ska and fresh dancehall vinyl.

Copies of the GreenRoom 001 CD recently released by the Green Party and LOOP recordings will be available.
