PM complied with Armstrong plan of favours

Papers released today detailing notes of a meeting between business people and the Government, link Helen Clark directly to the Public-Private Partnership fiasco, says National Deputy Leader Roger Sowry.

“The Prime Minister was complicit in assisting Ross Armstrong to further his business matters. She got herself involved in a select group of business people to do them favours.
“The fact that the Government has been covering up documentation around this shows they are trying to protect the Prime Minister, but her fingerprints are all over this. She has been involved since day one.

“Helen Clark lead us to believe that the meeting was about high level and security talks. Five out of the six points in the paper released today show that discussion was about public-private partnerships.

“We know there are still more papers to come and still more of this shonky story to be told. We look forward to the release of notes taken by the staff of Dr Cullen who attended the meeting,” Mr Sowry said.
