A total load of Coddington’s says Anderton

Deborah Coddington, ACTs Anti Business spokesperson, continues to go on about picking winners and shows she doesn’t understand economic, industry or regional development.

“The Government doesn’t pick winners. We work with businesses that can grow and create jobs for New Zealanders. The objective is to speed up that growth and make the most of New Zealand’s new ideas and favourable economic climate.

“ACT appears to accept that New Zealand should pick losers by doing nothing.

“The truth is that ACT, as part of their voodoo economic religion, wants New Zealand to return to the economic slash and burn of the 80s and 90s where businesses failed and our economy stalled in relation to other OECD countries.

“ACT’s leader Richard Prebble is obviously comfortable about going back to that environment. The Progressive Coalition and its coalition partner Labour is not,” Jim Anderton said.
