Action to deliver low cost health care

Progressive leader, Jim Anderton, has welcomed the coalition government's announcement that it will accelerate its $47 million investment to make primary health care more affordable for older New Zealanders.

"I am greatly heartened that that this commitment has now been implemented. Older New Zealanders will from next July reap another of the benefits of successful coalition government," Jim Anderton said.
