Snowy Peak launches All Blacks range
Leading lifestyle clothing brand Snowy Peak Ltd has secured the licence to produce All Blacks clothing.
Snowy Peak’s All Blacks collection will appear in retail shops before Christmas and in to the New Year.
The range incorporates merino and possum; merino and cashmere knitwear vests, sweaters and jackets, and also woven wool cashmere shirts and jackets.
``It’s great to be able to sell All Blacks clothing,’’ Snowy Peak chief executive Peri Drysdale said today.
``There is a huge interest in All Blacks apparel leading up to the British and Irish Lions tour next June.’’
Snowy Peak is the parent company of Untouched World.
Prime Minister Helen Clark recently opened Untouched World’s new Arts Centre store in Christchurch with former All Blacks hooker Mark Hammett modelling the new range at the opening.
The new store on the historic 1916 former Canterbury University Registry building in the famous Arts Centre includes the national headquarters for the Untouched World Foundation. Untouched World has stores in Auckland, Queenstown and nearer Christchurch airport, on Roydvale Ave.
They recently won the emerging enterprise award at the Deloittes / Management Magazine annual New Zealand Top 200 business awards.
The company exports to Japan, Australia, USA, Canada, Switzerland, German and Sweden.
