Good Riddance To Bad Rubbish And Not Before Time

New Zealand First Leader Rt Hon Winston Peters is pleased that the Immigration Service has finally come to its senses in its decision to revoke the visa of paedophilic apologist Jim Peron.

The decision follows a finding from the Chief Censor in May that the magazine “Unbound” published by Mr Peron, be classified as “objectionable” because it promotes the exploitation of children and young people for sexual purposes.

“Many people, including those in the media, took the chance to try and label me irresponsible for the way I handled this case, however the Immigration Service have today vindicated my claim that Mr Peron is not the type of person we want living in New Zealand, said Mr Peters.

“Alarm bells should have started ringing at the Immigration Service as soon as Rodney Hide retreated from his Pro-Peron stance and refused to endorse him after fervently defending his friend at the outset,” Mr Peters suggested.

“I deserve an apology from Mr Hide, Matt Robson and other Peron supporters for the way I was treated over this case, but I will not be holding my breath,” concluded Mr Peters.
