pays tribute to Hon John Falloon

Brash today paid tribute to the Hon John Falloon, a man who
made "a tremendous contribution to the development of the
New Zealand economy".
"Mr Falloon had a remarkable career
in politics, spanning almost 20 years and covering a range
of portfolio areas."
He held portfolios under both
Rob Muldoon and Jim Bolger, and was Minister of Agriculture
from 1990 to 1996.
"On behalf of the National Party, I
extend my heartfelt sympathies to Mr Falloon's wife,
Philippa, his children and extended family," says Dr Brash.
