Remuneration Authority reappointment

Michael Wintringham has been reappointed to the Remuneration Authority Minister of Labour Ruth Dyson announced today.

"This will be Michael’s second term as member of the Remuneration Authority.

"Prior to joining the Remuneration Authority, Michael was the State Services Commissioner. He has an extensive career in senior management in the public sector," said Ruth Dyson.

Remuneration Authority members are appointed for a term of up to three years, with the opportunity of reappointment. The two other authority members are David Oughton (chair) and Angela Foulkes.

The Remuneration Authority is responsible for annually considering and determining the remuneration and allowances of MPs and the Judiciary, as well as specified statutory officers and members of local authorities and community boards.
