Judges Pecuniary Interest Bill Drawn From
Ballot
The Register of Pecuniary Interests of Judges
Bill in the name of Green MP David Clendon was drawn out of
today’s Members’ bills ballot.
The bill was
drafted by Green MP Green Party Kennedy Graham and if passed
it would require judges to make an annual return of their
pecuniary interests to the Judicial Conduct Commissioner.
