Parliament Resumes Under Urgency
When Parliament
resumed at 9am MPs returned to the committee stage debate of
the Local Government Act 2002 Amendment
Bill.
At 9am the debate was still on part one of the
bill which was being strongly opposed by Labour and the
Greens.
The Government has said the House will sit until
6pm this evening.
