Party vote for Nats only way to keep Labour out

Wellington voters understand that they have to give National their party vote if they are to keep Labour out,” said National Party MP Annabel Young today, commenting on the latest poll of Wellington Central.

“Local voters also understand that the absence of a National Party constituency candidate will not affect their representation in the National Party Caucus. As a local, Wellington MP, I will be continuing to present the concerns of Wellington people.”

“Wellingtonians are focused on taxes and interest rates, just like the rest of New Zealand. A Labour Government would raise taxes and that would push interest rates up and push the economy down. On Election Day, they will vote for the future of New Zealand and that is a vote for National.”
