Kinleith hearing postponed
A hearing of a legal challenge
by the Engineering, Printing and Manufacturing Union over a
redundancy process at the Kinleith pulp and paper mill has
been postponed.
The Employment Tribunal will now hear the
case in Auckland on Monday, December 23. The hearing was to
have been held tomorrow
(Thursday).
