Rights to Justice Protest at opening of parliament

While New Zealand's Prime Minister was seen in Europe celebrating the defeat of the tyranny of the Nazi's at the 'D' Day commemorations - New Zealanders are forced into a debilitating fight for the most basic of all freedoms;

The right to Justice

The Eatwell family of Franz Josef have been pleading since the 1990's with the highest levels of authorities in New Zealand for a fair hearing of a dispute that cost them their large farm, homes and their families livelihood.

The petition the Eatwells presented to Parliament in October 2003 has subsequently been subjected to actions best described as tyranny.

As an effect of the oppression they are experiencing, from Tuesday Gray and Vickie Eatwell will be on the steps of Parliament asking for their natural rights - to be properly heard.
