Air Force and Navy Exercises in
Australia
An Air Force Orion and 27air and ground crew
leave for Australia tomorrow (November 6), joining Royal New
Zealand Navy ships Te Kaha and Endeavour to take part in a
two week maritime operations exercise.
The New Zealanders
will be based in Perth and will conduct maritime exercises
off the west coast of Australia with their Australian Navy
and Air Force counterparts.
The exercise will practice and
enhance Australian and New Zealand interoperability across a
broad range of maritime operations.
