Raising funds to take legal action against NZTE

Raising funds to take legal action against New Zealand Trade and Enterprise

New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) and their offshoot Economic Development Agency (EDA) discriminated against me on grounds of my political and ethical beliefs thus violating my human rights (Human Rights Act Section 21; subsection 1D and 1J).

NZTE and EDA withdrew their support for my project, Solar Clusters, because I raised conscientious objections and refused to allow their nominee (she, I am told, comes from a military family and her husband is glorifying an object of war by renovating a bomber plane) to sit on my company's board of directors.

Solar Clusters is an innovative project, which would have attracted tremendous talent and investment to the country to help create an economically and ecologically sustainable future for the Tasman District and would have served as a blueprint for sustainable projects throughout the world.

By withdrawing their support for the project NZTE and EDA also violated the rights of many others including NZ citizens who had expressed a desire to participate in creating a sustainable future.

NZTE and EDA acted illegally.

I have therefore decided to take legal action against NZTE and EDA. I am launching a campaign to raise the necessary funds for the action and hereby invite the readers who are concerned about the human rights violations by a government agency to help the campaign by making a contribution.
