Tyler Nicole OSBORNE, a female caucasion girl aged 12 yrs has been missing from a Children and Young Person home in Christchurch since Friday 26 May.
When she went missing she was wearing a white long puffer jacket, a light blue denim skirt, purple boots and had a green Supre bag with her.
There are serious concerns for her welfare due to her age and the length of time she has been missing.
