Alleged Plimmerton Offender Found in Tokoroa

A man sought by Porirua Police for an assault and arson in Plimmerton early last week was found hiding in a Tokoroa house early this morning.

Warrants to arrest 37-year-old Graham Adrian Rae on one charge of injuring with intent to injure and one charge of arson were issued last week.

Constable Damian Doocey, Porirua Police, says that as a result of inquiries police in Tokoroa, Hamilton and Rotorua Police executed several search warrants overnight.

Rae was to appear in the Tokoroa District Court today with police seeking a remand to the Porirua Court.
