Early Working for Families Tax Credits payments

Early Working for Families Tax Credits payments

Because of the Easter holiday, Inland Revenue will make the Working for Families Tax Credits (previously family assistance) weekly and fortnightly payment on Friday, 6 April, instead of the normal scheduled payment date of Tuesday, 10 April 2007.

"This means that customers with eftpos cards or access to telebanking will be able to access their payment on Friday, 6 April. All other customers will be able to access their payment on Tuesday, 10 April," says Mary Craig, Acting Deputy Commissioner Business Development and Systems.

The next weekly payment will be made on Tuesday, 17 April 2007.
