Dunne and Out

Date 3rd March 2008

Press Release
For Immediate Release. Dunne and Out.

United Future has shown true dexterity by nailing its own coffin shut, and so early in the Election Campaign, says Republicans Deputy Leader Bevan Berg.

Peter Dunne this weekend called for other parties to join United Future and Labour in a children’s caucus.

Mr Dunne the architect of the failed children’s commission again showed his true colours by trying to launch another state owned children imitative.

It would appear that Mr Dunne has abandoned the real United Future. Is he trying to do a Jim Anderton and make United Future another one electorate party to preserve his political life?

“Reminds you of a Claytons add – The Labour MP you are having when you are not having a Labour MP. We will be happy to pick up the United Future vote and their disillusioned members” says Berg.

“If I was a betting man I would put money on Dunne being a lone voice in parliament if manages to hold his electorate seat.”

As for Mr Dunne’s baby, the one he abandoned at birth, it has become, what it was always going to be – another politically correct mouth piece supporting the social engineering of the labour party.
