The name of the motorcyclist who died last night during a police pursuit is David Douglas FOWLER, aged 52 years, of Christchurch.

The inquiry for Police and the IPCA is continuing.

As a bonus, a capital gains tax would also channel some investment away from housing speculation and into productive investment.
