Parole Board Gets It Wrong, Again

Parole Board Gets It Wrong, Again

The Sensible Sentencing Trust is outraged that yet another prisoner released on parole is on-the-run and terrifying New Zealand residence.

“Once again the Parole Board has got it wrong,” Ruth Money, Spokesperson for the Trust says. “When are they going to take accountability for allowing these monsters to return to our streets?”

Police describe 45-year-old Andre Tipi Rangi Wiremu Schudder as a ‘highly dangerous’ Auckland gang member.

“How on earth can a ‘highly dangerous’ man be allowed back on the streets?” Money asks. “This is just another example of how wrong the Parole Board can get it.”

The heavily tattooed Mongrel Mob member has been on the run from the police after he breached his parole conditions. There are now several warrants for his return to prison. Police are warning the public not to approach Schudder. Information on his whereabouts can be given anonymously through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111

“Once again the police and the public will have to mop up another mistake made by Parole.”
