"Taxpayers’ shouldn't be forced to cough up for Team New Zealand while private sponsors won't put their money where their mouth is,” says the Executive Director of the New Zealand Taxpayers’ Union, Jordan Williams.

“If Mr Dalton is correct and it’s only a matter of time before the corporate funding will come online, he needs a loan, not more welfare."
